Role Description This is a full-time, in office Student Counsellor role based in Hyderabad. The Student Counsellor will guide learners through education and admission pathways, providing personalized advice on course selection, institutions, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, responding to student and family queries, and supporting users in navigating Eduiku’s platform and workflows. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with internal teams to improve student experience,



and participating in outreach or information sessions as needed. The counsellor will ensure clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a supportive environment that helps students make informed decisions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, with experience guiding learners through education and career decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage student interactions, address concerns, and provide explicit, empathetic support.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Education systems, admission processes, and academic pathways, preferably with exposure to global education options.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced counseling certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple cases simultaneously, use SaaS or CRM tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in EdTech, student advisory, or academic institutions is beneficial, along with a strong ethical mindset and respect for diversity and inclusion.
