Our Chief of Staff will act as a strategic accelerant—translating executive vision into cross-functional action, driving operational rigor, and embedding scale-ready processes across high-impact domains. Role & Responsibilities
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership to set and track strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives—streamlining decision-making, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring operational alignment across departments.
• Own executive communication—preparing board decks, investor updates, and internal strategy memos with precision and clarity.
• Design and implement scalable operating systems: weekly cadences, sprint reviews, performance dashboards, and meeting hygiene protocols.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends,



and operational risks to inform leadership decisions.
