Advanced Operations Technician (AOT) | VoIP & Carrier Operations Are you passionate about VoIP, Telecommunications, Carrier Operations, and Technical Troubleshooting? We're looking for an Advanced Operations Technician (AOT) to join our Advanced Operations Support team and play a critical role in resolving carrier-related voice service issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. ✅ Investigate and resolve carrier-related voice issues, including inbound/outbound call completion, call quality, and Caller ID/CNAM concerns. ✅ Analyze SIP responses, call samples, PCAPs, and routing data to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions. ✅ Manage carrier escalations and collaborate with telecom carriers and NOC teams to resolve service-impacting issues. ✅ Monitor and manage ticket queues while ensuring SLA compliance and proactive customer communication. ✅ Identify recurring trends, highlight systemic issues, and partner with Engineering and Operations teams for long-term solutions. What We're Looking For: ✔ 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Telecommunications, NOC, Network Operations, or VoIP Support.
✔ Working knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, RTP, and inbound/outbound call flows. ✔ Experience with ticketing platforms such as JIRA, Salesforce, or similar tools. ✔ Ability to interpret SIP responses and troubleshoot voice service issues. ✔ Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills. ✔ Experience working with telecom carriers or carrier operations is highly preferred. ?
