The centre is guided by Dr. Nivedita, an experienced gynecologist, infertility specialist and laparoscopic surgeon, and supported by a multidisciplinary clinical and laboratory team. Shree IVF combines medical expertise with a patient-first approach, offering personalized care, practical guidance and transparent counseling throughout treatment. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Sales Marketing Executive will drive patient acquisition and brand awareness by implementing marketing plans, promoting fertility services and managing outreach activities with referring doctors, clinics and community organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target segments, coordinating digital and offline campaigns, managing promotional materials and supporting patient inquiries related to services and programs. The role involves tracking leads,



maintaining basic CRM or patient inquiry records, preparing periodic reports on sales and marketing performance and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Sales Marketing Executive will also participate in events, camps and educational programs to enhance Shree IVF’s visibility and reputation in the region. Qualifications
• Ability to perform Market Research and Market Planning to identify opportunities, understand local demographics and develop effective campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with patients, partners, and internal teams, and for delivering clear, respectful and informative messaging.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, relationship building and conversion tracking.
• Marketing skills with experience in implementing digital and offline marketing initiatives, basic social media handling and brand promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or a related field; a background in healthcare or fertility services is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in a clinical setting, with sensitivity to patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Proficiency with common office software and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools, with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
