Role Description The CNC Laser Machine Operator role at ThinkWay Consultancy is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. The CNC Laser Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC laser machines to cut and shape materials according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include preparing workpieces, adjusting machine settings, performing test runs, and ensuring that finished parts meet quality and safety standards. The role involves routine inspection and maintenance of machinery, documenting production activities, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.



The operator will also be expected to follow established safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, with hands-on experience in CNC laser or similar equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspecting parts, measuring tolerances, and identifying defects.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Milling and Machining, with an understanding of material properties and cutting techniques.
• Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or vocational training in mechanical, production, or manufacturing fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Prior experience in CNC or laser machine operation in a manufacturing setup is an advantage.
