Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, supervising treatment sessions, and monitoring progress, while ensuring high standards of safety and patient education. The role involves mentoring junior physiotherapists and support staff, contributing to clinical protocols, and participating in case discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring consistent collaboration with colleagues and active engagement in patient care throughout the workweek. Qualifications
• Strong clinical physiotherapy skills in assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation program design.
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads, including musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions.
• Proficiency in patient communication, education, and counseling to support adherence and long-term outcomes.
• Experience supervising, guiding, or mentoring junior clinicians or interns in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, outcome measurement, and documentation standards in physiotherapy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; relevant professional licensure/registration as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with basic clinic administration tasks, digital record-keeping, and use of standard physiotherapy equipment.
• Prior experience in a busy outpatient or hospital-based physiotherapy setting is highly desirable.
