Job Description
The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, present FutureX's software and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Meet defined sales targets and provide ongoing account support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, business development, and relationship management within IT or software services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with comfort in cold calling and networking.
• Excellent communication, presentation,



and negotiation abilities to convey technical solutions in clear business terms.
• Basic understanding of software, web, and mobile development concepts and interest in technology-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and standard online communication platforms.
• Proven capability to work toward targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
• Previous experience in IT services, SaaS, or staffing/resource hiring sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Surat and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ?
