The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting selection decisions in alignment with organizational needs. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Recruitment Specialist will also assist with onboarding activities, contribute to training and orientation programs, and support HR initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent retention. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment records, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Recruiting and Hiring to manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes.
• 1 years+ experience.
• Experience in conducting Interviewing and candidate assessment with a structured and fair approach.
• Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to support Training, onboarding, and orientation activities for new team members.




• Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and basic employment regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience recruiting for technology or engineering roles is an advantage.
