Role Description The Investment Advisory Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The associate will support clients in evaluating real estate investment opportunities, including residential and luxury properties, by conducting market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investment proposals, assisting with financial planning related to property purchases, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress. The role involves collaborating closely with senior advisors and sales teams, responding to client queries,



and ensuring a smooth advisory journey from initial consultation to closing. The associate will also help build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors and NRIs, contribute to local market insights, and uphold Coldwell Banker’s standards of qualified ethics and client confidentiality. Qualifications
• foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to analyze real estate opportunities and returns.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or investment advisory in Channel partner firms.
• Background in Financial Advisory, including client-facing advisory work, portfolio discussions, or investment recommendations.
• Candidates should possess client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess organizational and execution skills, including pipeline management, attention to detail in documentation, and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess technology and data skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM platforms, and online real estate research resources.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree/ Master's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field, and familiarity with local Bengaluru and South India property markets will be beneficial.
• Registration or familiarity with RERA compliance, prior experience in real estate, wealth management, or investment advisory, and comfort working in a structured, performance-driven environment will be advantageous.
