Role Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior/Senior Executive – Quality Assurance to support GMP quality operations at our growing biotechnology startup focused on mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and exosome-based products. Reporting to the Senior Manager – QA, the candidate will support environmental monitoring, quality documentation, raw material qualification, batch record review, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role offers an opportunity to develop hands
- on expertise in GMP compliance, aseptic manufacturing quality, and clinical-stage cell therapy operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Environmental Monitoring: Coordinate routine cleanroom environmental monitoring, review monitoring records, maintain trend reports, and support investigations into microbial recoveries and excursions.
• Documentation & Batch Records: Review batch manufacturing records, logbooks, checklists, and associated quality documents for completeness, accuracy, traceability, and compliance with approved SOPs.
• QC Coordination: Track QC testing and documentation, review records as assigned, and escalate OOS/OOT results or other quality concerns to the Senior Manager – QA.
• Raw Material Qualification: Maintain supplier qualification files, material specifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), qualification records, and material status documentation.
• QMS Support:



Assist in managing deviations, CAPA, change controls, document control, training records, internal audits, and periodic quality reviews.
• GMP Compliance: Support routine GMP walkthroughs, housekeeping and documentation checks, contamination control practices, and inspection-readiness activities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, and Engineering teams to ensure timely documentation, closure of assigned actions, and adherence to approved procedures. Required Qualifications &

Experience:
• Bachelor sor Masters degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or GMP operations within pharmaceutical, biologics, sterile manufacturing, or biotechnology environments.
• Basic understanding of GMP, aseptic processing, environmental monitoring, documentation practices, and data integrity principles.
• Good documentation, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment and manage multiple assigned activities effectively. Preferred Experience
• Exposure to MSCs, cell-based products, exosomes, or other biological products.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environmental monitoring, microbial contamination control, raw material documentation, and batch manufacturing records.
• Basic knowledge of deviations, CAPA, change control, and regulatory compliance requirements.
