Role Overview :
• The IIMA Endowment Fund is the philanthropic and fundraising arm of IIM Ahmedabad, working closely with alumni, donors, corporates, philanthropic organisations and the Institute to support the long-term priorities of IIMA.
• The Stewardship & Donor Management team is responsible for ensuring effective and consistent donor engagement, maintaining accurate donor records, tracking commitments and contributions, and providing timely updates on the impact and utilisation of philanthropic support.
• We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised and proactive individual to join the Stewardship & Donor Management team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Alumni & Donor Database Management
• Maintain and regularly update the alumni, donor and donation databases.
• Ensure donor records and related information are accurate and up to date.
• Support data collation and preparation of relevant reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Monitor payment schedules, timelines and other key deliverables.
• Ensure timely updating of records and status trackers. 2. Institute Coordination
• Coordinate with relevant Institute teams to ensure smooth implementation. Maintain accurate records of donations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internally to resolve discrepancies and donor queries. 3. Donor Reporting & Stewardship




• Support the preparation and execution of quarterly, annual and other donor reports.
• Coordinate with Institute teams to collect financial, programme-related and impact-related information for reporting.
• Maintain reporting calendars and ensure reports are completed within timelines.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and consistent donor communication and reporting. 4. Events & Donor Engagement
• Support the planning and execution of events and alumni engagements by assisting in event logistics and coordination with stakeholders.
• Support post-event follow-ups and updating of donor engagement records. Skills & Experience
• 6 to 10 years of experience in the relevant profile.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and comfort with managing databases and trackers.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines with a high degree of ownership.
