Prospertive Associates LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and insurance distribution firm, led by a CFP® professional and MDRT member since 2008. We serve families, professionals and trusts across health & life insurance, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and fixed deposits. We're building a young, learning-first team, and we train you from day one.
What You'll Do
• Manage health and life insurance renewals end-to-end: tracking due dates, preparing renewal quotes, sending client reminders and closing renewals on time
• Calculate and compare renewal premiums, including age-band changes, sum insured upgrades, add-ons and multi-year options
• Prepare premium comparison sheets across insurers in Excel
• Track renewals, SIPs and client follow-ups in Zoho CRM
• Respond to existing clients' queries on their insurance and mutual fund holdings, under the supervision of senior relationship managers
• Handle client onboarding, KYC and policy/investment paperwork
• Help prepare portfolio review reports
• Use AI tools (Claude, NotebookLM) to research, summarise and draft client communication
• Stay updated on IRDAI, SEBI and AMFI regulations Who We're Looking For
• Graduate or postgraduate: B.
Com, BBA, BMS, BAF, MBA Finance, Economics,
or any stream with a genuine interest in finance
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers welcome
• Strong with numbers: comfortable with percentages, premium comparisons and basic calculations
• Valuable working knowledge of Excel: formulas, sorting and filtering, simple comparison tables
• Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
• High attention to detail. A wrong premium or a missed renewal date directly affects a family's cover.
• Curious about AI tools such as Claude and NotebookLM; we'll train you
• Zoho CRM exposure is a plus, not a requirement
• Willingness to complete relevant insurance and NISM (Mutual Fund) certifications (we support your preparation)
• Disciplined, service-minded and people-friendly
• Candidates living on the Central line (Kurla–Thane) or near Chembur preferred What You'll Gain

Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM; Saturday half-day, 10 AM – 3 PM
