* Head – Finance & Accounts Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of books of accounts. 2. Ensure timely compliance with *GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and other applicable statutory requirements*. 3. Supervise GST returns, TDS returns, tax payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings. 4. Prepare and review financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and cash flow statements. 5. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and working capital. 6. Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and company policies. 7. Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities. 8.



Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls and accounting procedures. 9. Review monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis. 10. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. 11. Guide and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Excellent understanding of detailed accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Basic to good working knowledge of applicable Accounting Standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or equivalent.
- Robust analytical, organisational, communication, and team management skills.
