Reduction in rejection, rework, and material wastage. Improvement in machine utilization and production efficiency. Reduction in machine breakdowns and unplanned downtime. Adherence to customer delivery schedules. Improvement in cycle time and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Compliance with quality, safety, 5S, and production documentation requirements. Required Skills & Competencies Practical knowledge of automotive manufacturing and shop-floor production management. Hands-on exposure to rubber moulding and mould-related production activities is strongly preferred. Understanding of manufacturing process parameters, cycle time, tooling, and machine utilization. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. Ability to manage production teams and coordinate across departments. Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, and continuous improvement techniques. Working knowledge of Excel and ERP/MRP systems. Strong ownership, discipline, communication, and execution skills.
