Role Description The Inventory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at APPL’s Bengaluru facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, reconciling physical and system records, and ensuring timely replenishment of packaging materials and finished goods. The Inventory Manager will coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess or obsolete stock. Day-to-day tasks include tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting regular cycle counts,



and implementing inventory control procedures. The role also involves analyzing inventory data to improve efficiency, supporting customer service teams with order fulfillment, and adhering to safety and quality standards within the warehouse and storage areas. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, forecast demand, and optimize stock turnover.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field is an advantage.
