Role Overview We are hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with 5 years of experience to build, secure and run our cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP. You will own infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring and security automation, keeping our platforms reliable, secure and cost-efficient for millions of farmers.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Automation
• Design, build and manage infrastructure on AWS and GCP using Terraform as infrastructure as code.
• Deploy, scale and operate containerised workloads on Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks using Shell scripting and Python. CI/CD & Release Engineering
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket, GitLab or Azure DevOps for mobile, web and backend services.
• Enable safe, repeatable releases with automated builds, tests, deployments and rollbacks.
• Work with development teams to improve build times, release reliability and developer experience. Security, Monitoring & Reliability
• Embed security in pipelines: code and dependency scanning, container image scanning and secrets management.
• Manage IAM, network security, encryption, backups and compliance across cloud environments.
• Set up monitoring,



logging and alerting with tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana or Datadog.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis; optimise cloud cost and performance. Required Skills
•

Experience:
5+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Terraform: Strong hands-on experience writing and managing infrastructure as code.
• Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS and GCP services, networking and IAM.
• Kubernetes: Deploying, scaling and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• CI/CD: Working knowledge of at least one CI/CD platform: Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
• Monitoring: Experience with any monitoring tool such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana or Datadog.
• Scripting & Programming: Shell scripting and Python for automation.
• Sound understanding of cloud security, Linux, networking and Docker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Good to Have
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP or Kubernetes – CKA/CKAD).
• Helm, ArgoCD or other GitOps tooling.
• Security tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, Snyk or OWASP ZAP; cloud cost optimisation experience. What Success Looks Like
