The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-organized client facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and staff spaces. Daily tasks include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper handling of linens and laundry.



The role involves following established cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards while using appropriate equipment and materials. The Housekeeping Specialist will also respond to service requests, assist with basic customer inquiries, coordinate with supervisors and team members, and support training and onboarding of new staff as needed. • Manage daily housekeeping operations and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, and performance.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists and daily reports.
• Manage cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables.
• Handle client complaints and ensure service quality. Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Positive knowledge of housekeeping operations and team management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
