Role Description The Senior Learning Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, Mumbai and Chandigarh . This role involves designing and delivering high-impact training programs, facilitating workshops, and driving learner engagement across multiple cohorts. The consultant will assess learning needs, develop learning pathways, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective instructional content. Daily responsibilities include managing learning journeys, monitoring learner progress, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring programs align with organizational and industry standards. The Senior Learning Consultant will also contribute to refining learning strategies, improving program effectiveness through data and feedback,



and supporting business development conversations from a learning perspective. Qualifications
• Solid Training & Development skills, including facilitation of instructor-led sessions and cohort-based programs.
• Experience in Learning Management, such as overseeing learning journeys, tracking progress, and working with learning platforms or LMS tools.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating structured curricula, learning materials, and assessments tailored to adult learners.
• Consulting capabilities, with experience in needs analysis, stakeholder management, and recommending learning solutions aligned with business goals.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and provide clear feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Experience in higher education, professional training, or edtech environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and use of learning analytics to improve program outcomes.
