Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and hospital administration.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, registration, billing, and patient care services.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure effective consultations and patient support.
- Supervise front office, patient care, and other support staff.
- Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative activities.
- Monitor patient experience, service quality, and operational performance.
- Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.




- Prepare operational MIS reports and support management in achieving branch targets.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations.
- Experience in hospital branch administration or centre management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with doctors and clinical teams.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure effective branch functioning.
- Experience in eye hospitals or multispecialty hospitals will be an added advantage.
