Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing Lead to manage client relationships, oversee social media and content projects, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships, communication, and expectations.
• Coordinate with Copy, Design, Video, and Performance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable deliverables.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, approvals, and quality control.
• Lead campaign planning, creative ideation, and brand communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle client feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery.




• Guide account executives and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Core Skills
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and execution abilities.
• Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. What We’re Looking For
• 3–4years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
