As an Operations Intern at Sargam Ventures Private Limited, you’ll support day-to-day coordination and record-keeping while learning how operational tasks move from planning to completion.
• Update operational trackers in Excel, checking entries for accuracy and flagging missing information.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and internal communications using Word and other MS Office tools.
• Organize digital files and maintain clear records so colleagues can find current information quickly.
• Assist with routine follow-ups by drafting concise, professional emails in written English.
• Share updates with colleagues and clarify task details through transparent spoken English.
• Compile information from documents and spreadsheets into summaries for review by the operations team.
