Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Executive cum Video Editor. The role involves planning and executing social media content calendars, creating engaging posts and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. The Social Media Executive cum Video Editor will capture and edit video content, apply color grading, add motion graphics, and create basic graphic assets aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to understand campaign requirements, writing short copy or captions,



managing social media communities, responding to comments or queries, and staying updated on social media and video trends relevant to the education sector. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for social media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics, including basic design for thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in video and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with educational content is an advantage.
