About The Role
CareerSecure is looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Manager(Individual) to develop university and college partnerships and drive student enrollments for its industry-oriented practical learning programs across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, TPOs and placement teams.
• Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with educational institutions.
• Promote CareerSecure's practical learning programs to BBA and MBA students.
• Coordinate workshops, student engagement activities and enrollment campaigns.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective students and institutional partners to convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain sales reports, lead records and pipeline updates in the company's CRM.




• Develop regional outreach strategies to expand CareerSecure's institutional network. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, EdTech sales or student counselling.
• Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple leads.
• Comfortable communicating with college authorities and students.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage. Compensation Salary and performance-based incentives will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and the company's compensation structure.
