Currently, we are hiring for NewMe Technology Solution, a fast-growing EdTech company helping working professionals transition into high-paying Scrum Master & Agile careers. What makes this role different?
• Warm inbound leads — NO cold calling
• These are professionals who have already expressed interest in changing their careers, increasing their income, or moving into Agile/Scrum Master roles.
• Your job isn't to convince random people to buy.
• Your job is to understand, diagnose, handle objections, and close.
• You'll speak with prospects, uncover their real motivations, present the right solution, follow up strategically, and convert qualified opportunities into enrollments. What you'll own
• Conduct discovery and enrollment calls with qualified leads
• Understand the prospect's career goals, pain points, urgency, and decision-making process
• Sell NewMe's mentorship and career transformation programs through consultative selling
• Handle objections around price, career transition, ROI, timing, and outcomes
• Follow up and move prospects through the pipeline




• Maintain CRM and pipeline discipline
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Participate in sales coaching and performance improvement sessions We're looking for someone who:
• Has 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or high-ticket sales
• Has a proven ability to close, not just generate leads or schedule meetings
• Understands discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing psychology
• Has experience selling education, coaching, consulting, certification, career programs, or other high-ticket solutions — preferred
• Is highly target-driven and comfortable being measured on revenue
• Has excellent spoken and written English
• Is fluent in Tamil
• Has working/manageable Hindi
• Is confident speaking with working professionals and handling serious buying conversations
• Is comfortable using a CRM and conducting calls on Zoom/Google Meet Compensation ₹30,000–₹35,000/month fixed depending on experience+ Uncapped Performance-based incentives Our top performers are currently earning over ₹100K+ per month (including incentives).
