Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention and control.
• Manage room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry operations, linen management, inventory control, and departmental resources.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop a large housekeeping team to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintain consistent service standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and relevant NABH guidelines for hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention and control.




• Monitor housekeeping performance, maintain quality standards, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. What We Are Looking For : ✔️

Experience:
12–15 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness establishments. ✔️ Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management. ✔️ Leadership

Skills:
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage departmental operations, and drive performance. ✔️ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, laundry operations, linen management, inventory control, sanitation, and hygiene practices. ✔️ Preferred

Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in wellness resorts or healthcare-oriented hospitality environments will be given preference. ✔️ Professional Approach: A robust commitment to guest satisfaction, operational excellence, cleanliness, and service quality.
