– International Sales Executive (US Process)

Salary:
₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance Job SummaryWe are hiring motivated and target-oriented International Sales Executives for our US Sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales. The role involves engaging with US customers, pitching products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound and/or inbound sales calls with US customers.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
• Generate sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Negotiate effectively and convert potential customers into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Candidate Requirements




• Minimum 8 months of International Sales experience in an International BPO preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
• HSC pass or graduate; graduation is not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a permanent US night shift.
