- 3–6 years Role Overview The Vault CRM Configuration Developer rebuilds custom objects, page layouts, and business logic from legacy CRM platforms, including Veeva CRM or Salesforce, natively in Vault CRM. The role follows design specifications approved by the onshore team and supports key pharmaceutical commercial CRM modules such as territory management, call reporting, and sample management.

Key Responsibilities
· Rebuild custom objects, page layouts, and business logic from legacy CRM systems in Vault CRM.
· Implement configuration based on design specifications approved by the onshore team.
· Support configuration across core commercial CRM modules, including territory management, call reporting, and sample management.




· Apply an understanding of pharmaceutical commercial CRM workflows when configuring the platform.
· Account for compliance-driven features such as consent capture and sampling regulations. Required Skills and Experience
· 3–6 years of relevant experience.
· Hands-on configuration experience with Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, and/or Salesforce.
· Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial CRM workflows.
· Familiarity with compliance-driven CRM features, including consent capture and sampling regulations. Preferred Qualifications
· Vault CRM Administrator certification is preferred. Work Location and Arrangement This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with a hybrid working arrangement. Pune is the first preference, and candidates should be able to attend the office at least 2–3 days per week as required.
