Medcy Hospitals and Medcy IVF Centre are growing their in-house digital team in Vizag. We're looking for someone who can run, measure and optimise paid campaigns that bring patients through our doors.

What you'll do
- Plan, launch and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns for both brands
- Run lead-generation campaigns for hospital departments and fertility consultations
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, lead forms, WhatsApp click-to-chat ads and call tracking
- Optimise daily for cost per lead and lead quality, not just clicks
- A/B test creatives, audiences and landing pages
- Handle ad disapprovals and keep campaigns within Google and Meta healthcare ad policies




- Share weekly performance reports with the Digital Marketing Manager What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Google and Meta ad campaigns
- Experience with healthcare, clinic or other lead-generation accounts is a solid plus
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel / Conversions API
- Comfort managing monthly ad budgets and reporting on ROI
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
- Telugu proficiency preferred, to help review local-language ad copy Details ?
