Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer role at After Thought is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting the design team in creating visual assets for branding projects, social media campaigns, and marketing materials, aligned with each client’s brand identity and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, refining typography, assisting with logo concepts, preparing production-ready files, and adapting designs across digital and print formats. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with senior designers, copywriters, and account managers, participate in brainstorming sessions,



and incorporate feedback to refine design work. The role also includes maintaining organized design files, meeting project deadlines, and staying up to date with design trends and best practices. Qualifications
• Solid foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually engaging compositions.
• Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, legibility, and alignment with brand tone.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Portfolio demonstrating design projects, especially branding, logos, and social media assets.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
