We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM On-Prem Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and SAP CRM Web UI. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development, enhancements, customizations, and implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development activities, analyzing technical requirements, designing effective solutions, and collaborating with functional consultants to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage technical development and implementation activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Develop, customize, and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
• Perform SAP CRM Web UI development, configuration, enhancements, and customization.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP CRM functional consultants and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Perform debugging, unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support as required.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and project timelines.




• Independently manage technical deliverables and provide technical guidance to the project team. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 9+ years of overall experience in SAP technical development, with strong relevant experience in SAP CRM.
• Robust hands-on expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
• Strong experience in SAP CRM Web UI development and customization.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical enhancements, custom development, and application customization.
• Experience working on SAP CRM implementation projects, preferably new implementations.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions independently.
• Strong debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead technical activities and take ownership of project deliverables. Additional Considerations
• Candidates with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) experience may also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise development.
• Candidates must be comfortable working remotely during the specified shift timings.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within one week will be preferred.
