About the Role
Adani Healthcare is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Nursing to lead and oversee nursing operations, clinical excellence, patient care quality, and nursing workforce development. The incumbent will play a critical role in establishing world-class nursing standards and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all nursing operations across the hospital.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and quality standards.
• Drive patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee nurse staffing, workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.
• Design and implement training, competency development, and leadership programs for nursing staff.




• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor nursing quality indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and productivity metrics. Desired Profile

Sc. Nursing / M.
Sc. Nursing (Master's Degree preferred).
• 15+ years of nursing experience with significant leadership exposure in large multi-specialty hospitals.
• Robust understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, accreditation standards, and nursing administration.
• Proven experience leading large nursing teams and driving organizational transformation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and people development skills.
