Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Hiring Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Hiring Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various roles within civil, electrical, and railway infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring hiring decisions align with organizational goals and project timelines. The Hiring Manager will oversee onboarding processes, coordinate training and development initiatives with relevant teams,



and monitor service quality in recruitment and employee experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment data, managing vendor and agency relationships where needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and continuously improving hiring processes and employer branding. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and management teams.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Service Quality, ensuring high standards in candidate experience and internal stakeholder support.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including coordinating or supporting onboarding and employee development programs.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in hiring, recruiting, and talent acquisition strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, and meet project-based deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and familiarity with recruitment tools or HRIS systems is an advantage.
