Role Description The Insurance Advisor/Insurance Consultant intern at Bajaj Life will support customers in understanding life insurance products and selecting plans that align with their financial goals and protection needs. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in explaining policy features, conducting basic financial needs assessments, managing customer queries, and providing follow-up support through phone, digital platforms, and in-person interactions.



The role involves collaborating with senior advisors and branch teams, maintaining accurate customer records, and contributing to awareness and engagement activities for Bajaj Life products. This is an internship role based in Kolkata, structured as a hybrid position, combining in office work at the local office with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge and interest in Insurance, including life insurance products, risk protection concepts, and basic policy structures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance, such as understanding savings, investments, and basic financial planning principles.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Consulting, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and advisory support.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office and digital tools, comfort with phone and online customer interactions, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
