About the Role
Avviare Educational Hub (AEH) is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Finance Faculty to teach finance-related subjects, develop students’ conceptual understanding, and prepare them for academic and professional success. Roles & Responsibilities
• Teach finance-related subjects such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Markets, Banking, and Accounting.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and teaching materials.
• Explain financial concepts using practical examples, industry trends, and real-world applications.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluate students’ performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and presentations.
• Guide students in academic projects, research, and finance-related case studies.
• Integrate relevant financial tools, analytical techniques, and industry practices into teaching.
• Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and student performance reports.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, workshops,



and institutional events.
• Support students in developing analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Required Qualifications
• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, or a relevant discipline.
• UGC-NET/Ph.
D. preferred, as applicable to the position and institutional requirements.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools is desirable. Preferred Experience
• Teaching experience in a college or university will be preferred.
• Industry experience in finance, banking, accounting, investment, or financial analysis will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered. Key Skills
