Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Intern/Full Time who will support the sales and partner teams by ensuring smooth backend operations, accurate data management, and efficient coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales operations, business coordination, and cybersecurity distribution.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with quotation creation, order processing, and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM data, sales pipelines, and partner records




• Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams for pricing, approvals, and order execution
• Track sales performance, targets, and reports
• Assist in preparing proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
• Ensure timely follow-ups with partners and customers
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records Required Skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of sales process / business operations
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred (Good to Have)
• Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT / Cybersecurity industry
• Internship experience in sales support / operations Qualification
