Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and expand market presence for premium cashew products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and preparing proposals. The role also involves collaborating with production and marketing teams to align business strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular sales and business development reports to management. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at relevant industry events and customer meetings to promote Kiyaan Cashew Industries’ brand and product portfolio. Qualifications




• Strong skills in business development, sales planning, and relationship management within FMCG, food processing, or related industries.
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying recent market segments and channels.
• Experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and managing key accounts.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time and priorities effectively in an on-site setting.
• Prior experience in nuts, dry fruits, or food product sales is highly beneficial; knowledge of sustainable and traceable supply chains is a plus.
