Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility across target markets. The role includes planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and tracking performance against key metrics. Daily tasks involve coordinating with the sales team, developing promotional materials, conducting market and competitor analysis, and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation activities, support negotiations, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.



This role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and optimize marketing budgets. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, marketing planning, and campaign execution, ideally in a fast-paced business workplace.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting to support informed decision-making and strategy development.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software for pipeline management, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within regional or national markets; experience in Chennai or surrounding regions is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
