BRIGHTBLU is an EV charging technology company building and deploying charging solutions across India. We operate across product design, manufacturing, OEM partnerships, CPOs and enterprise infrastructure. The Role This is not just an accounting and compliance role. You will own finance, accounting, cash flow, working capital, reporting, taxation, inventory finance and financial controls, while working closely with the leadership team, procurement, sales and operations. You should be able to answer questions such as:
• Where is our cash tied up?
• Why did gross margin move?
• Which products/customers are most profitable?
• How much working capital is sitting in inventory?
• What is our cash requirement over the next 3–6 months?
• Are our financial controls strong enough to support the next stage of growth? What You Will Own 1. Financial Accounting & Controls
• Own O2C, P2P and R2R processes
• Monthly and annual financial closing
• Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions and depreciation
• Intercompany accounting and multi-entity reporting
• Statutory and financial audit coordination
• Maintain strong accounting controls and discipline 2. MIS & Business Finance
• Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
• AR/AP ageing and working-capital reporting
• Budget vs. actual analysis
• Cash-flow forecasting and cash planning
• Gross margin, COGS and cost-of-conversion analysis
• Product/SKU profitability and management reporting
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership 3. Cash Flow & Working Capital
• Own the rolling cash-flow forecast
• Monitor collections, supplier payments and cash requirements
• Identify working-capital risks and opportunities
• Improve cash conversion and receivables discipline
• Work closely with sales and procurement to manage cash efficiently 4. Manufacturing Finance & Costing
• BOM and product costing
• COGS and gross-margin analysis
• Inventory valuation and cost controls




• Identify cost leakages and margin improvement opportunities
• Support pricing decisions and new-product/business cases
• Financial analysis for manufacturing and capacity expansion 5. Tax & Statutory Compliance
• GST, TDS and corporate tax compliance
• Customs-related financial compliance
• Companies Act compliance coordination
• Manage statutory, tax and GST audits with external advisors 6. Inventory & Financial Controls
• Financial control over RM, WIP and finished goods
• Stock reconciliation and periodic stock audits
• Inventory valuation
• Ensure alignment between physical inventory, ERP and financial records 7. Payroll & Employee Compliance
• Payroll processing and accounting
• Employee tax calculations
• PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax and gratuity-related compliance What We're Looking For
• 5 –8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics or EV is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of working capital, inventory and manufacturing finance
• Experience with GST, audits and statutory compliance
• Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; ZOHO experience is a plus
• Ability to work directly with senior management and external advisors You Will Be a Strong Fit If You
