Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design API, event-driven, batch and workflow integrations.
• Define integration contracts, identity, error handling, idempotency and reconciliation.
• Govern integrations across OSS/BSS, ITSM, CMDB, IPAM and network inventory.
• Ensure security, performance, resilience, observability, testing and production readiness.
• Collaborate with architecture, network, data, security, testing and delivery teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, risks and dependencies. Mandatory Skills
• Integration Architecture
• API Management, REST & gRPC
• Event-Driven Architecture / Pub/Sub
• Integration Middleware & Service Orchestration
• OSS/BSS
