Role Description The Video Editor role at Seed Realty Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. The Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and assembling video content that effectively communicates the company’s research insights, services, and brand messaging across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and motion graphics, and performing color correction to ensure high-quality visual output. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and research teams to understand project requirements,



creating visual narratives for presentations and promotional campaigns, and optimizing videos for various platforms. The Video Editor will maintain consistent brand standards, manage project timelines, and stay up to date with trends and best practices in video production and real estate marketing content. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and basic pre-production planning.
• Candidates should possess advanced skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, infographics, and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of digital content formats, social media platforms, and video publishing best practices.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, visual creativity, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging video content.
• Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred; prior experience in corporate or real estate-related video work is an added advantage.
