• Wednesday–Friday: Office – Calling, follow-ups and lead management
• Saturday–Sunday: Project sites – Client meetings and property visits
• Monday–Tuesday: Weekly Off
• Training: First 7 days | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Eligibility Criteria
• Postgraduate degree is mandatory.
• 6 months to 6 years of sales experience.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Currently employed or employment gap of a maximum of 90 days.
• Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
• Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits.
• Age up to 28 years preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
