The Project Head will lead the end-to-end Project Management execution of the Data Center project, ensuring alignment with Adani ConneX’s vision of building data center infrastructure. This role is pivotal in delivering state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious, and globally benchmarked data center facilities. The incumbent will drive project Management, Project execution, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational excellence standards, timely completion, vendor management, stakeholder management, leveraging Adani Group’s expertise in mega-structure construction and EdgeConneX’s global data center operational benchmarks. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 17–23 years of experience in the data center and infrastructure industry, with a proven track record in large-scale project execution and management.
• Expertise in project management, budget management, risk management, safety assurance, quality assurance, and testing & commissioning. Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Civil
• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.

• The candidate must possess extensive experience in managing large-scale data center projects, including project execution, budget management,



and risk management. This is critical as the role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of the Data Center project, ensuring it aligns with AdaniConneX’s strategic goal of building a 1GW data center infrastructure platform by 2030. The ability to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency is essential to meet global benchmarks in design, engineering, and operations. 2. Proficiency in Safety and Quality Assurance
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are non-negotiable for this role. The candidate must have a proven track record in implementing and maintaining safety assurance and quality assurance protocols in large-scale infrastructure projects. This aligns with AdaniConneX’s commitment to delivering digital infrastructure with speed and safety, while adhering to global standards. 3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• The candidate must demonstrate robust leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external contractors, and senior executives.
