- Responsible for building, setting up, and leading a cross-functional team of software developers and test engineers working on Battery Management Systems (BMS) for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV). The role combines technical leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, and hands-on contribution as an individual contributor within the team. The Team Lead will drive team capability development, establish engineering processes, support system architecture and software development activities, and collaborate closely with global TRATON Group stakeholders and external partners. Experience:
8 to 12 years
• Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Science, Automotive Electronics, or a related field.




• Experience in End to End Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in Automotive Software Development process (AUTOSAR), System Testing, or Battery Systems.
• Technical leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Advanced knowledge of High Voltage (HV) systems in EVs.
• Experience in embedded software development and verification.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with SIL and HIL testing methodologies.
• Good understanding of requirement engineering and system-level testing.
• Knowledge of CAN communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
