Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Broker role based in the Mohali district. The Logistics Broker will coordinate freight movements by sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery for client shipments. Responsibilities include managing daily load boards, building and maintaining carrier and customer relationships, handling order entry, tracking shipments, and resolving service issues. The role involves frequent communication with shippers, carriers, and internal teams to provide status updates, address concerns,



and maintain service quality. The Logistics Broker will also support account management activities, assist with documentation and compliance, and contribute to process improvements in logistics operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with carriers and clients.
• Candidates should possess Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills to source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage freight transactions.
• Candidates should have atleast 1 year experience in Freight Brokerage.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple loads and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or TMS tools, and data entry is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district and collaborate in a team-centered environment.
