Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective parents and franchise partners, provide information about Kinderstars preschools and franchise opportunities, and respond to queries in a transparent and courteous manner. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, following up on leads, scheduling appointments or school visits, and updating call outcomes in the system. The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and franchise support teams, sharing feedback from callers, and supporting basic customer service and inquiry resolution.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and polite telephone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, such as empathy, patience, and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools, call logging, and email communication.
• Candidates should possess organizational and follow-up skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and callbacks.
• Prior telecalling, call center, or sales support experience in education or service sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of higher secondary education; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively with the admissions and franchise support teams.
