We are modernizing our core infrastructure through Bolt v2, a cloud-native, microservices-based ecosystem focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize the cloud infrastructure powering Roadcast’s logistics and video-telematics platform. You will collaborate with Backend, Mobile, and Data Engineering teams across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, container orchestration, automation, monitoring, security, and production reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab Runners.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments across EKS, GKE, or on-premises clusters.
• Automate build, deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Loki, or similar tools.
• Configure and optimize Nginx for reverse proxying, SSL termination, caching, rate limiting, and traffic management.
• Implement cloud security practices covering IAM, VPCs, network segmentation, firewall rules,



and secrets management.
• Support PostgreSQL clusters, replication, high availability, backups, Barman, Repmgr, and WAL archiving.
• Monitor infrastructure costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Support incident response, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and production performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture discussions and continuous DevOps improvements. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
• Good understanding of AWS/GCP, cloud networking, VPC design, and security practices.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, database replication, backup strategies, and cluster monitoring.
• Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and experience working with servers.
• Scripting knowledge in Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and ELK.
