About the Role
ZAN Services is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign data,



and implement growth strategies.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to achieve business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads; working knowledge of Meta Ads is essential.
• Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Robust analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
