- Salesforce BA + Banking domain Job Summary Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with robust Banking domain expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking processes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, SIT/UAT, and defect management.




• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business teams.
• Analyze and improve banking processes including customer onboarding, lending, servicing, and CRM operations. Required Skills
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) experience.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
