Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hydraulic Engineer role located in Pune. The role involves diagnosing system issues, performing root-cause analysis, and recommending improvements for performance, efficiency, and safety. The Hydraulic Engineer will conduct customer visits to understand pain areas of the customers, collaborate with sales, service, and project teams, provide technical support to customers, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components, including design, analysis,



and troubleshooting for industrial applications.
• Solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, including fluid mechanics, machine design, and materials.
• Ability to read and produce engineering drawings, use CAD tools, and perform technical calculations related to hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and testing of hydraulic components like valves, pumps etc.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety, quality, and reliability.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with readiness to work on-site in an industrial environment and interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
