About Totalis Totalis is a media company and creative agency producing original content and building brands for partners. We work across long-form YouTube, short-form social, podcasts, and brand-led films. We're a tight-knit startup team — everyone builds closely together, on-site, every day.
About the Role
This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll be editing real content — for our YouTube channel, social handles, and client deliverables — from week one. If you have a strong eye, good taste, and are hungry to learn rapid in a hands-on environment, this is for you.
What you'll do
• Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, social handles, and client deliverables
• Build strong storytelling arcs — pacing, structure, comedic timing, and emotional beats
• Handle colour correction, audio enhancement, subtitles/captions, and basic sound design polish
• Collaborate with producers and creative leads to interpret briefs, references, and feedback
• Support podcast edits — multi-cam, jump cuts, b-roll, inserts and reel cutdowns Must-have
• Some hands-on editing experience
- college projects, YouTube, freelance work, or personal content all count
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good taste and attention to detail — timing, rhythm, typography, captioning
• Comfortable with tight turnarounds, iterative feedback, and taking direction well
• A portfolio with 2–3 edits (before/after or role clarity preferred — show us what you actually did)
